Returns & Exchange Policy
Our Policy on POD Products: Since all our products are unique and produced only once ordered, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
1. Defective or Damaged Products (Our Responsibility):
We offer a full refund or replacement if the order is misprinted, significantly damaged, or contains a manufacturing error.
2. Claims Process:
If you received a defective item, please contact us at danraizphoto@gmail.com within 21 days of delivery. You must provide a clear photo showing the defect and the order number.
3. Shipping Issues (Incorrect Address):
If the address provided was insufficient and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm the updated address.
