General Terms & Restrictions:
Non-Transferable: Licenses are granted to the buyer and cannot be resold or sub-licensed.
No “As-Is” Resale: You cannot resell the digital file itself on other photo stocks or websites.
Copyright: The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images.
Prohibited Use: Images may not be used for defamatory, illegal, or sensitive subjects.
All files are provided in sRGB color space, ensuring consistent and accurate colors across all devices and professional printing services.
